redmi note 13 5g mobile full specifications and review
the Redmi Note series is one of the most popular series in India. But let me tell you something, I mean, Note 6, Note 7, I'm talking about those times, around 6 or 7 years ago. Since then, I feel like this Note series has somewhat lost its charm. I mean, back when the Redmi Note series was about to launch, everyone used to talk about it. People used to ask about it in the comments. Nowadays, nobody really asks, you know. But it's okay; let's see what's up with Note 13. It hasn't been launched in India yet, but we've imported it from abroad, and we're going to present a review for you. So, let's see what Note 13 is all about. Whether the 2023 Redmi Note series is going to impress us or not. Let's begin the review.
1. Redmi note 13 Design
"One thing I want to say is that it feels good as soon as you pick it up because it's very slim and lightweight. The edges are boxy, which means they're a bit sharp, not too rounded, and have flat sides. The back has a boxy design, especially the square camera module. I think it looks nice, almost like glass, but it's made of plastic, so it won't attract fingerprints. So, overall, it's pretty good to hold in hand. It looks like a modern phone, and speaking of weight, I wasn't expecting a 5000mAh battery. It's 173.6 grams, so it's really thin and pocket-friendly. I would say it's nice overall."
2. Redmi note 13 Display
When it comes to the display, it's a mixed bag, my friends. If you compare it with the Redmi Note 12, it looks good in terms of visuals. The bezels have become very slim, which I like. The display feels immersive; it's a 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, and it boasts 1000 nits of brightness. In comparison, the Redmi Note 12 had 1200 nits of brightness. However, one thing to note, my friends, is that while it's a full HD 120Hz AMOLED display, it lacks support for HDR.3. Redmi note 13 Software
Now, this is the Chinese variant, so it's running Android 13 with MIUI 14. You'll find quite a few apps here and there, but I won't comment much on it because it will be quite different for India. We hope to receive updates for the next two years. As for the software, I won't say much for now.4. Redmi note 13 Performance
In terms of performance, it features the MediaTek Dimensity 6080, which is the latest 5G chipset based on 6nm technology. It achieves an Antutu score of up to 443,348, and the CPU performance is excellent with a score of 95%.However, it tends to heat up to around 43 to 44 degrees Celsius, possibly due to being the Chinese variant. It has LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. In regular use, it doesn't heat up much, and we watched videos on YouTube and took photos with the camera without any issues. But when playing games like BGMI and Call of Duty at high settings for an extended period, it does heat up a bit. This could be a concern, but we hope that if it comes to India, optimizations will address this issue.
